This quiz is divided into two parts: Part 1: Right Brain Quiz and Part 2: Left Brain Quiz.

Part 1: The following behaviors are common signs of a right brain delay. While you may notice some overlap between both quizzes, a brain imbalance typically leans more to the left or right. Don't worry—brain imbalances can be effectively addressed and improved with our 16 Week Coaching Program.

1. Thinks analytically all the time.

2. Has difficulty modeling someone else’s behaviour, but can do as told.

3. Often misses the gist of a story.

4. Always the last to get a joke.

5. Gets stuck in set behaviour; can’t let it go.

6. Engages in risky activities.

7. Lacks social tact and/ or is antisocial and/ or socially isolated.

8. Poor time management; is always late.

9. Disorganised.

10. Problem paying attention.

11. Is hyperactive and/ or impulsive.

12. Has obsessive thoughts or behaviours.

13. Argues all the time and is generally uncooperative.

14. Appears bored, aloof, and abrupt.

15. Considered strange by other children.

16. Immature for age.

17. Inability to form friendships.

18. Inability to share enjoyment, interests, or achievements with other people.

19. Acts inappropriately giddy or silly.

21. Talks incessantly and asks repetitive questions or repeats words.

The right brain manages negative emotions like fear, promotes caution, and helps interpret social cues.

In adults, low right brain activity can cause impulsivity, emotional struggles, and difficulty reading situations—traits linked to ADHD or Autism.
