For NDIS Clients:
Complete the form and accept the terms below so we can generate an invoice and service agreement for you.
Once the invoice is paid (by yourself or your plan manager) you will receive immediate access to the online content.
If for any reason your funding is not approved (which is very unlikely) you are not obligated to stay enrolled in the Masterclass/Course.
Please also note- we CANNOT invoice NDIA (Agency Managed) participants.
For Private Clients:
Complete the form and accept the terms below which will generate a service agreement for you and allow you to make payment.
Once payment is made you will receive immediate access to the online content.

This Service Agreement outlines the responsibilities of both Connected Kidz and the Participant in relation to services provided by Connected Kidz. In this Agreement the “Service Provider” is Connected Kidz and YOU are the Participant.
This agreement is made between you the participant and Connected Kidz (trading as Zeta8 Global Pty Ltd ABN: 92 268 059 921)
The agreement will start the date the Invoice has been remitted, and continue indefinitely or until the client decides they no longer wish to participate. As the Melillo Method Mentoring Course provides lifetime access to the course content, there is no end date to this agreement.
The service provider's responsibilities are:
Treating you politely and with respect.
Letting you know what to do if you have a problem or want to complain.
Listening to your feedback and fixing any problems quickly.
Telling you if they want to end the Agreement.
Making sure your information is correct and up to date.
Storing your information carefully and making sure it is kept private.
Providing invoices and statements for your Invoice supports.
Participants are expected to:
Maintain Respectful Conduct – Treat all staff, mentors, and team members with courtesy and professionalism. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Communicate Issues Promptly – Inform the service provider as soon as possible if any problems arise that may affect participation in the course.
Notify of Agreement Termination – If a participant wishes to end this agreement, they must provide written notice to the service provider immediately.
Ensure Timely Payment – Pay all invoices issued by the service provider in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
Engage in the Learning Process – Take responsibility for personal progress in the course by actively engaging with the content and applying the skills learned.
Use Materials as Intended – Follow the usage terms for the Melillo Method and course materials, ensuring they are used only for personal professional practice and not for resale or unauthorized distribution.
Collaborate for Best Outcomes – Work with the service provider to ensure the services provided align with their needs and goals.
Schedule and Attend Mentoring Sessions – Keep track of group and one-on-one mentoring sessions by adding them to a personal calendar to ensure participation and make the most of the mentoring element of the course.
Be an Active Participant – Engage in group chats, discussions, and mentoring sessions to maximize learning and contribute to the community.
Any changes to the agreement have to be in writing, signed and dated (email or hard copy). A new agreement may be needed. The service provider and participant must agree on the changes.
The service provider reserves the right to terminate this agreement in the event of serious breaches, including but not limited to:
Failure to make required installment payments.
Engaging in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward mentors or team members, such as bullying, use of offensive language, or threats.
Unauthorized use or theft of the company’s intellectual property, including reproduction or distribution without prior consent.
The Melillo Method Mentoring Course is designed by Connected Kidz in collaboration with Dr Melillo to train and mentor you in putting the Melillo Method into practice. On the completion of this training you will not be Melillo Method certified, you will be "trained" in the Melillo Method.
You will receive lifetime access to an online membership site with over 70 hours of content, as well as 12 months of one on one support to personally mentor you through the application of the Melillo Method. As well as quarterly group training calls from Dr Melillo. You will also receive lifetime access to our online support community of graduates of the Melillo Method Mentoring Course.
Lifetime Access – Access to the specified services, content, or materials for as long as the service provider continues to offer them. This does not guarantee access for an indefinite period if the service or platform is discontinued or significantly altered.
Self-Paced Education Course – A course designed for independent study, allowing participants to progress through the content at their own speed without fixed deadlines or live instruction, unless otherwise specified.
The Melillo Method Training Course includes:
Life Time access to 70+ hours of educational content and training
Quarterly group training calls from Dr Melillo
Life Time online support group
Email support available
12 month personal mentorship from Melillo Method Certified Practitioner (up to 30 mins/month)
For NDIS clients:
You will be invoiced a one-time fee of $$6,506.50 (No GST applicable) which can be claimed through your child’s NDIS plan under Capacity Building- Improved Daily Living (Training for Carers/Parents). If self-managed, the invoice will come to you. If plan-managed, we will also send an invoice directly to your plan manager.
NDIS participants can claim for the Melillo Method Mentoring Course using the following line item number: 15_038_0117_1_3 Training for Carers/Parents
For Private clients:
You have two payment options available:
Pay in full - $6,500 (GST is applicable)
Payment plan - $3,000 upfront payment and then 8 monthly payments of $500 (GST applicable).
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a participant has enrolled in the course. Upon enrollment, participants receive immediate access to all course materials, resources, and content. Due to the digital nature of the program and the availability of these materials from the outset, refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
By enrolling, participants acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
The service provider is GST-registered under Australian tax law. All course fees include GST, where applicable.
As per the Refund Policy, no refunds are issued. Therefore, GST refunds are also not applicable under any circumstances.
This agreement is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including consumer guarantees and protections against unfair contract terms. While refunds are generally not provided due to the immediate access granted to course materials, participants retain their rights under ACL, including guarantees related to services being delivered with due care, skill, and as advertised.
If a service fails to meet consumer guarantees under ACL—such as if the course is not provided as described or contains major faults—participants may be entitled to remedies such as a replacement, repair, or refund, as required by law. This agreement does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights available under the ACL.
Quarterly Trainings: 4 hours
Personal Mentoring: 4 hours
Online Eduction Modules: 77 hours
Community Group Chat: unlimited FREE
TOTAL HOURS: 85
The service provider is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants and ensuring compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy outlines how participant data is collected, used, stored, and protected.
We collect personal information necessary for course enrollment and participation, including but not limited to:
Name, email address, and contact details
Payment information
Course progress and participation records
Any additional information voluntarily provided by the participant
The information collected is used for the following purposes:
Providing access to the course and related services
Communicating updates, support, and course-related notifications
Processing payments and managing enrollments
Improving course content and participant experience
Complying with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share participant information with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. Security measures include:
Secure data storage with restricted access
Encryption and password protection for sensitive information
Regular security updates and compliance reviews
Participants have the right to:
Request access to the personal information we hold about them
Request corrections to inaccurate or outdated information
Request the deletion of their data where legally applicable
Requests regarding personal data can be made by contacting our support team.
Personal information may be disclosed where required by law, such as to regulatory authorities or in response to legal obligations.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Upon completion of the course, participants may request the deletion of their information, subject to any legal retention requirements.
By enrolling in the course, participants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information as described in this policy. For any privacy-related inquiries, please contact our support team.
Participants enrolled in this course are permitted to use the Melillo Method in their personal professional practice, including the use of provided white-label documents to support their work with clients.
However, the following restrictions apply:
No Resale or Redistribution – Participants may not resell, distribute, or share course materials, including videos, documents, or other resources, for training purposes or any form of commercial resale.
No Course Reproduction – Participants are prohibited from using the content, concepts, or materials to create, market, or sell their own courses, training programs, or similar educational offerings.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of course materials constitutes a violation of this agreement and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service provider, its affiliates, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to:
The participant’s use of or inability to use the course materials or services.
Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the course content.
Any decisions or actions taken by the participant based on the knowledge or skills acquired from the course.
The total liability of the service provider, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is strictly limited to the amount paid by the participant for the course.
Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits any guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, the service provider’s liability is limited to, at its discretion:
The re-supply of the services, or
The cost of having the services re-supplied.
By enrolling in the course, participants acknowledge and agree to this limitation of liability clause.
Participants must first attempt to resolve any disputes through negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, they may pursue mediation at their own expense. The service provider’s decision will be final, and no further claims or legal actions may be taken.
This agreement is governed by the laws of [Specify State/Territory], Australia.
When you finalise the payment of your invoice, you will immediately receive an email with log in details to the online education content as well as instructions on how to access the personal mentoring, quarterly trainings and online community group.
As this is a self paced Education Course, you can log on any time and complete the modules at your own pace. There is no end date to the delivery of this course and you can access the content for life.
I agree to the terms as outlined in the Service Agreement. A copy of the agreement will be emailed to you after submission.
