For NDIS Clients:

  1. Complete the form below so we can generate an invoice and service agreement for you.

  2. Once the invoice is paid (by yourself or your plan manager) you will receive immediate access to the online content.

If for any reason your funding is not approved (which is very unlikely) you are not obligated to stay enrolled in the Masterclass/Course.

 

Please also note- we CANNOT invoice NDIA (Agency Managed) participants.

 

For Private Clients:

  1. Complete the form below which will generate a service agreement for you and allow you to make payment.

  2. Once payment is made you will receive immediate access to the online content.

About This Service Agreement


This Service Agreement outlines the responsibilities of both Connected Kidz and the Participant in relation to services provided by Connected Kidz. In this Agreement the “Service Provider” is Connected Kidz and YOU are the Participant.


This agreement is made between you the participant and Connected Kidz (trading as Zeta8 Global Pty Ltd ABN: 92 268 059 921)


The agreement will start the date the Invoice has been remitted, and continue indefinitely or until the client decides they no longer wish to participate. As the Meltdown Masterclass provides lifetime access to the course content, there is no end date to this agreement.

Service Provider Responsibilities


The service provider's responsibilities are:

  • Treating you politely and with respect.

  • Letting you know what to do if you have a problem or want to complain.

  • Listening to your feedback and fixing any problems quickly.

  • Telling you if they want to end the Agreement.

  • Making sure your information is correct and up to date.

  • Storing your information carefully and making sure it is kept private.

  • Providing invoices and statements for your Invoice supports.

Participant Responsibilities


Your responsibilities include things like:

  • Being polite and respectful to the staff who work with you.

  • Telling the service provider if you've got any problems.

  • Telling the service provider straight away if you want to end the Agreement.

  • Paying the invoice provided by the Service Provider.

  • Work with the service provider to make sure the services provided meet the needs of the client.

Making Changes and Ending the Agreement

Any changes to the agreement have to be in writing, signed and dated. A new agreement may be needed. The service provider and participant must agree on the changes.


The provider and participant agree to advise as soon as possible if they want to end the agreement. (7 days minimum). Serious breaches of the agreement can expect to lead to an immediate ending of the agreement.

About This Program


The Meltdown Masterclass is a 6 week intensive program designed for families who want help and support in understanding and correcting the root cause of their child’s behavioural problems. This course provides parent/ carer education specifically designed for Children with Autism. The course includes the following modules:


Week 1 Brain Balancing Nutrients

Week 2 Hidden Nasties Causing Meltdowns

Week 3 Mood Foods

Week 4 Melillo Method Exercises

Week 5 Primitive Reflexes

Week 6 Sensory Integration


You will have access to Melillo Method trained Coaches through our facebook group, who will be there to support you as you implement the course content. Together we will keep track of your child’s progress throughout the course and problem solve any barriers along the way.

Description of Services


6 Week Meltdown Masterclass Parenting Course includes:

  • Live weekly check ins (1/2hr per week)

  • 6 Weekly educational videos

  • Membership portal with weekly content and tasks to keep you focused

  • Online support group accessible 24/7 via facebook group

  • Email support available

  • Option to re-do course unlimited number of times

Pricing and Payment Information


For NDIS clients:

You will be invoiced a one-time fee of $2,079 (No GST applicable) which can be claimed through your child’s NDIS plan under Capacity Building- Improved Daily Living (Training for Carers/Parents). If self-managed, the invoice will come to you. If plan managed, we will also send an invoice directly to your plan manager.

  • NDIS participants can claim for the Meltdown Masterclass using the following line item number: 15_038_0117_1_3 Training for Carers/Parents

For Private clients:

You have two payment options available:

  • Pay in full - $2,079 (GST is applicable)

  • Payment plan - $579 upfront payment and then 3 fortnightly payments of $500.

Daily Educational Content 3 hrs/week (18 hrs total)

Weekly Live Chat Support (3hrs)

Support via group chat Unlimited (*includes access to qualified coaches)

Total Course Hours 27 hrs

How The Service Will Be Provided


When you finalise registration, you will immediately receive an email with log in details to the online education as well as instructions on how to get onto the Live Weekly Q&A sessions.


You will also be given a link to access the Programs facebook group where you will have 24/7 support and access to our qualified coaches.
